Marianne Lynch
Marianne Lynch is owner of Lynch Bookkeeping & Payroll and co-founder of The Business Reboot. Marianne has a passion for helping business owners and finds great satisfaction in removing anxiety and stress by supporting them to be more organised. Lynch Bookkeeping & Payroll has been supporting over 100 small businesses with their day to day finances since 2016. After seeing the results of facilitating office transitions from paper to digital, utilising software to improve processes and business efficiency for various clients, the idea for The Business Reboot was born. Outside work, Marianne loves long walks with her husband and 3 dogs, yoga and baking/eating cake!

Azaria Lynch is a Social Media Coach and Co-Founder of The business Reboot. Azaria has been supporting businesses with their Marketing and client journeys for over 5 years. After working with a range of clients from start-ups to established businesses, Azaria realised that there was a need to integrate the marketing side of the business with the overall client journey from start to finish. Alongside Marianne and her experience The Business Reboot was born. Outside of work Azaria spends her free time with her husband and 2 children.

The review & recommend package is an audit of your internal business processes and procedures, your financial situation, profitability and goals, your marketing strategy and its effectiveness and your customer journey to establish key areas requiring improvement. This process will provide detailed recommendations about what steps you need to take next to realign your actions with your goals. These will be presented to you in an easy to follow chart, prioritised by importance to keep you on track. This process takes 1 week to complete and requires a few hours of your time to assist and provide the information required. This invaluable external vision will level up your business.
Review & Refresh
This package starts with the review & recommend package above however Marianne & Azaria will also assist over a 4 week period with the implementation of the recommendations. You/your staff will receive training on new systems and guides for new/amended processes saving you valuable time. You can call on them to troubleshoot any teething problems and at the end of the 4 weeks a follow up session will be held to discuss the next steps. By the end of this process your business will have a clear path to continue the journey to achieve its goals.
Review & Revitalise
This comprehensive package provides full support from review right through to full implementation of the recommendations over 8 weeks. This will completely transform your business and take you to the next level.
